Jill’s Favorite Salad Dressings
Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Ingredients
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinaigrette
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 pinches of sea salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Preparation
Mix ingredients well and store in a glass container in the refrigerator.
White Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar*
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Preparation
Mix ingredients well and store in a glass container in the refrigerator.
*If you’d prefer to use an aged balsamic, or a flavor such as blackberry or pomegranate, you may need to decrease the amount of vinegar as they’re more pungent tasting. The Oilerie has some wonderful flavors to choose from!
